By using the services of Velora Lane Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Velora Lane Co. provides dumpster rental, roll-off container rental, junk removal, and waste management services in Grand Rapids, Michigan and surrounding areas.

3. Rental Agreement

All dumpster rentals are subject to a rental agreement specifying size, duration, permitted materials, and pricing. Customers are responsible for ensuring only approved materials are placed in the dumpster.

4. Prohibited Materials

Hazardous waste, chemicals, tires, batteries, paint, asbestos, and other prohibited items may not be placed in our dumpsters. Additional fees may apply for unauthorized materials.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted per rental and may vary based on dumpster size, rental duration, and debris type. Payment is due upon delivery or as specified in the rental agreement.

6. Liability

Velora Lane Co. is not liable for any damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces resulting from the placement or removal of dumpsters. Customers should ensure adequate space and surface support.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
